Often I will get a request for a 6 or 8 foot long table,
and explain, the shipping and material thickness costs triple.
Options of two or more tables side by side, are yes, a comprise,
but don't totally lack interesting optics. Acrylic sheet costs are logarithmic,
meaning, 2x thickness, is 3 or 4x price. Add the "oversize" shipping,
and very few are willing to pay that price line in today's competitive environment.
The pictures below were submitted by a customer, who purchased (2) 32" long and
put them together to span 64" at an excellent lot price. I don't offer a discount for 2 tables,
straight up, my margin is very close now.
